Quick question: would you pay ₹100 for a ₹20 packet of Lays? Of course not — it's not worth ₹100 to you.

COD works the same way. On a small order, cash on delivery can pile on ₹100–₹150 of extra cost — nearly half the product's value — and you get nothing extra for it. Same product, just more money gone.

Why so much? Because COD costs the same to process whether your order is ₹300 or ₹3,000. With fuel prices climbing globally, our courier partners — Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart — charge more for COD: cash collection, handling, security, extra transport, failed-delivery returns, and 18% GST on top of all of it. On a low-priced product, that overhead hurts the most.

Here's the honest part: none of it benefits you, and none of it benefits us. We pay every rupee of it straight to the couriers — money that could instead go into lower prices and better products for you.

So when we ask you to pay online, we're not pushing you — we're trying to get you genuine value for your money. 💛

And if you'd still prefer COD, the choice is always yours. Thank you for shopping with us!
